Submission Procedure
- Prospective authors are invited to submit chapter proposals (two, single-spaced pages maximum) before October 31, 2006.
- Prospective authors should include in their proposal
:
- The purpose and the content of their proposed chapter
- A tentative outline including the methodology of the proposed chapter
- Authors details (a 150-word short CV and corresponding information)
- Authors will be notified of the status of their proposal and sent chapter organization guidelines by November 15, 2006.
- Full chapters are due on February 15, 2007.
